Communication and Interaction
If you have concerns about your child’s understanding and/or use of language, the way they say their words or how they play and interact with others, you can self-refer for an appointment with a Speech and Language assessment by calling the FASTA line on 0121 612 2010 for all first appointments. Referrals may be instigated by professionals but parents must make the phone call to make the appointment.
Opening times for appointment line: Monday-Thursday 8.30am-4pm Friday 9.30am-4pm. During school holidays 8.30am-12.30pm.
