The Lodge
In October 2022, we opened a 20 place SEND Unit called ‘The Lodge @ Uplands Manor’. The Lodge is a provision for children with Severe Learning Disabilities (and other complex additional needs) who have an Education, Health and Care plan in place.
As in our mainstream provision, we are dedicated to meeting the needs of all of the children within The Lodge through our inclusive environment and curriculum. We have a holistic approach to developing the children as individuals through working on life skills, communication, independence and relationships alongside their curriculum learning in order to prepare them for adulthood.
