Newsletter 13th March 2020

Dear Parents and Carers

Unfortunately, last night, we received the devastating news that Minnie, our very special and much loved school dog, passed away.  She was a friend to the staff and children and a loving companion to lots of our children as they went through difficult times.    We will of course be doing something in the coming weeks to celebrate Minnie and all the wonderful things she has done at Uplands Manor.

After school clubs - Tuesday 17th and Thursday 19th only

There will be no clubs on Tuesday 17th or Thursday 19th March due to Parents' Evenings.  Clubs will still take place during the rest of the week.

World Book Day

Thank you to everyone for your support on World Book Day. The children looked fantastic in their book character outfits and everyone had a great time enjoying all of the stories. Don't forget to use your World Book Day token. All you need to do is take it to the Book Fair or a book shop and swap it for one of the fifteen free World Book Day books.  Or, if you prefer, you can use your book token to get £1:00 off any full price book.
