Design & Technology Mission Statement
At Uplands Manor Primary School, we believe that Design and Technology is an inspiring and practical subject. We encourage our pupils to use their creativity and imagination to design and make products that well help them solve real and relevant problems in the future. Our curriculum inspires our pupils to build and apply a repertoire of knowledge, understanding and skills that will allow them to perform everyday tasks confidently within an increasingly technical world. Throughout our coherent curriculum, children experience high quality opportunities that further embed learning as well as allowing our pupils to become increasingly aware of opportunities in their community and beyond.
